The government has a number of websites about federal employment for veterans, but it can be difficult to know where to begin.

You can start with the resources in the box located at the top left of the homepage entitled "Information for Job Seekers."
In addition to employment with the federal government, also remember to check with your state and local governments to see if they have veteran hiring goals too--many of them do.
